I am a person who teach with affection, affection for student and subject. I believe on experential learning and teaching. I teach less and make the students learn well. I focus on learning of basic concepts rather than rote learning. I never give up till the student understands the concept. Of course it is followed by enough practice. With continuous evaluation I diagnose the difficulty of student and errors the student make. All this leads to definite improvement in marks or grades.

I believe that the student should go for excellence in subject, marks will be the obvious result.
