My Method is so simple to teach the students i am very easy and relaxed mood with students.
I am not stric about studies i am only strict on diciple and attendence.
I aceept only 4/5 holidays aceept in a month then students have a solid reasons otherwise he/she didnt tell me why he was absent then i didnt aceept application.
Any questions he/she asked during class i will answered but then i asked the question he/she bot answered i will not mark the attendence of that day.
