i begin with the finding out the academic interest of students and understand their strength and weakness. as each student has individual abilities. therefore, individual approach is to be followed for each student.
i felt that such approach of teaching has proven its worthiness not only for my professional competence as well as for the academic enhancement of the students.
parents of the students are apprised timely about the progress of the children and corrective measures are adapted for enhancement of student.
finally, i would like to say that, it is not.. only ..teaching,..my focus remains to make your child understand the things practically and attain the knowledge and convert into wisdom.
