I use a collaborative learning approach encouraging group work and peer- to -peer interactions that fosters a sense of community among students.There is use of video conferencing tools such as zoom,Google meet and Microsoft teams to enhance learning experiences and easy understandable of concepts.The purpose is to eradicate accountophobia in schools and improve pass rates and ultimately develop financially literate communities as well as equip students with skills to interpret data easily and effectively.Based on the results from past five years many students were transformed and this helped them to realise their full potential in life.
