Hello! I’m Karen, an experienced teacher with 9 years of teaching background in both mainstream and special education. Throughout my career, I have worked with learners of different ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds, which has helped me develop a flexible and adaptive teaching style. I believe that no two students learn the same way, so I make sure to design lessons that match their unique needs, pace, and learning styles. My methodology combines interactive activities, real-life communication practice, and positive reinforcement to make learning both meaningful and enjoyable. I integrate strategies such as scaffolding, guided practice, and differentiated instruction so that students feel supported at every stage of learning. I also encourage independence and confidence by gradually helping them apply English skills in authentic situations like conversations, reading comprehension, and writing tasks.The results of this approach have been very rewarding, students I’ve taught have shown noticeable improvements in their English communication, stronger reading and writing abilities, and increased self-confidence. Many of them not only performed better academically but also became more motivated and independent learners. As a teacher, my goal is to create a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment where students enjoy learning and feel empowered to reach their full potential.
