I’ll teach based on student grasping power. If needed I’ll give more Time than required. I used to give students assignments if they need more focus on their subjects. I believe in tutor and student mentorship so I make my students comfortable with me so that they can ask whatever they need support in their subjects. I always make sure to take feedback by end of every session so that I can improve myself if needed. Students always have individual capabilities so I don’t compare with others and based on their efforts and strength I teach them.
