After a vast study of pedagogy I have learnt different teaching method for different students. And I know very well that how, where, when and which method I have to use on which student. I choose my teaching method by firstly studying the psychology of the student. As a teacher I have experienced and taught different students having different interests and capabilities. I don't want to become a teacher or a person who feed cooked food but I want to become a friend and a guide of the student so that every student can easily ask questions from me without any fear. I really want to teach students equally without any discrimination on the basis of their ability or performance. I want to boost there self confidence, intelligence, cognitive power, memory so that in future they can easily adjust in there lives. If students base become strong every thing will go well in future and they'll don't find any difficult over there. I will teach them not only by giving facts or explanation but also by giving different real life experience so that they get more engaged with the topic and understands better so that they not only just memorize the fact but also understand that properly and tries to apply that knowledge in their real life. At last I will focus on there overall development.
