I believe that each leaner is unique and my role is to deploy different teaching techniques that will bring the best out of them, while making learning fun and creating a conducive learning environment for my learners to thrive and achieve their goals. I normally have to understand what works for the learner so that we implement the learning style. I have interacted with different learners and I have enjoyed every session for they have been able to improve and hit their targets. Iam a great teacher for I create a good relationship and form a connection with my learners that makes them feel safe and respected.
