I usually prefer random assessment tests to see whether the students have understood what I have been teaching.
I also motivate students by giving them gifts to help them perform well in their exams.
Results are always positive as I always use encouraging words on my students rather than abusing them and making them feel so little.
I also love using group works and active talking as they make students participate actively in all activities.
This has given me a positive results from the students.
In time of boredom,I'll ask my students to partake in talent activities so as to help cheer them up for the class.
Though I'm still a young teacher
I would love for my students to meet their top most grades and goals in life.
