Although I graduated in engineering and worked with great corporate hence I am embedded with leadership quality. Teaching is a passion and I am into it. A teacher not only teaches but it also prepares the students for future challenges. Knowledge when mixed with experience does miracles. Teachers are to understand the psychology of their students and deliver the lessons in a manner that suits the learning practices within the resources.
As my background is engineering and worked almost 35 years with an approach which is more of a practical in nature. When knowledge mixes with skill it makes a a lot of difference while delivering the lessons and you become a subject matter expert.
A teacher’s response is also based on environment and it’s important for a good teacher to scan the environment.
Teacher is the great source of inspiration and motivation. Motivation comes within. I am always looking how to get best out of my students without being emotional.
How good you are at delivering the results may be testing your approach towards successful execution of your strategy. During my long service I echoed this sentiment and put up good strategy to find out the amicable solution of problem.
I will only win when my students will win.
