I have a good experience in teaching students in B.SC, 10+2 and also many new joinees and my juniors in my company.
I have trained many people who went on to become PG or even PhDs or landed good jobs in corporate world
I also do mentoring and coaching, for difficult subjects if student is interested
I try to establish a bond and try to understand the problem of the student. Basically put myself in students shoes. I can then tailor my explanation so that the student is comfortable and can learn easily
