I am a qualified microbiologist and food scientist with dual Master’s degrees in Microbiology (India) and Food Science & Innovation (UK). I have over five years of experience working in food microbiology laboratories, dairy quality control, and academic environments.
I previously worked as a Food Technology Technician in a UK secondary school, where I supported practical teaching, laboratory demonstrations, and student learning. This experience helped me develop clear teaching methods and the ability to explain complex microbiology and bioprocessing concepts in a simple, structured way.
My teaching areas include Food Microbiology, Dairy Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Fermentation Technology, Bioprocessing, HACCP, and Food Safety. I focus on helping undergraduate students understand concepts rather than memorize them. I use diagrams, real industrial examples, and exam-oriented explanations to make learning engaging and practical.
Students can expect structured lessons, concept clarification, assignment guidance, exam preparation support, and interactive discussions tailored to their syllabus.
My goal is to make microbiology easy, logical, and applicable to real-world food and dairy industries.
