I engage my learners in a friendly manner, giving them examples and scenarios that is relevant to the discussion. After each class, there's always a brief revision on the last topic. I also ensure that my learners express themselves, give their approach to a topic. This enables me to know the knowledge they have on a topic, and how best I can assist them in putting them through. As part of my teaching methods, I always compose short tests every month, to see how well and good my learners are learning. I have been employing this methods in all my years of teaching, and this has been producing good results. My class is always and interactive class, which my learners always find it fun and knowledge filled. At the end of every week, I always give out assignments, this will assist my learners to go through what they have learnt during the week. In summary, my learners are also taught how to be bold and have confidence in themselves, anywhere and anytime in the areas of the subjects I teach
