As a outside Subject Expert I conducted training sessions on socio political sensitisation at Maharashtra Intelligence Academy, Wanworie, Pune for one year. It involved discussion on political parties, religious conflicts, caste conflicts, terrorism. My role was limited to guide on how to approach these issues as police personnel in light of Constitution, law and public morality.

I also taught Political Science as Assistant Professor at Ferguson College Distance Learning Centre of Pune University for two months. It involved teaching and evaluation of two courses of Western Political Thinkers and Political Theory.

Thereafter I joined Symbiosis School of Economics and teaching various courses as Visiting Professor here. I have been teaching courses of Indian Political Economy and International Relations in alternate semester. Besides this I contribute to courses of History of Economic Thought and Public Administration & Policy.
My work here involves updation of course syllabus at start of semester. Designing lesson plan, updating attendance on LMS, delivering lectures, conducting field visits, conducting internal and external components of exam and releasing results.

As a teacher I use different classroom methods -
- Power point slide based Lectures
- Documentaries and other visual material
- Questioning individually during lecture and getting them involved
- Discussion with students
- Collaborative online board
- Field visits to Aga Khan Palace, Ambedkar Museum, Savarkar Memorial, Tilak Wada, India's First School for girls by Mahatma Phule.

Besides this I integrate learning beyond classroom in internal components -
- I ask to conduct interviews of diverse set of people to students on issues. For eg. Gender, Caste, Class to improve their understanding and expand horizon.
- I conduct internal presentation giving freedom of presentation method - they can do power-point based presentation, skit, documentary, interview based, debate, video based.
- In written components I test their critical thinking and analytical ability.
