Hello! I’m Suma, an educator, mentor, and lifelong learner passionate about creating meaningful and empowering learning experiences.
With over four years of experience teaching English to learners of all ages and backgrounds, I adapt every lesson to my students’ needs. Whether supporting young learners or preparing adults for exams like IELTS and the Duolingo English Test, my focus is always on building confidence, curiosity, and real-world communication skills.
I hold TESOL, IELTS, and Duolingo certifications and use a transdisciplinary approach that connects language learning with everyday life. I also integrate modern educational technologies to promote critical thinking and creativity.
I’m currently pursuing graduate studies at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education in the Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship program, where I continue to grow my vision for educational innovation and social impact.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy mentoring young people, exploring new learning tools, and collaborating with those who value inclusive and meaningful education.
