I am a licensed physician done with my Steps looking to help others in any way I can.
I used to tutor my friends in study circle back in college so you can talk to me as if I am a friend. My own scores are Pass and 250 (CK) so I can help you with the methods that worked out for me. Also, I can offer some advice regarding US clinical experience as well, but that is counselling and it will be different than a regular class. I can talk in english, urdu or hindi whatever you are most comfortable with. I don't have a thick accent so don't worry about that. If you need OET advice I can help with that as well.
