**Amogh Shinde – Founder & Director, Mindful Shapes Yoga**

Amogh Shinde is a 3000-hour certified yoga teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance and the AYUSH Ministry of India. His journey in yoga has been guided by a simple belief: true transformation happens when ancient wisdom is made accessible to modern life.

After years of study, teaching, and personal practice, Amogh chose to return to the serene coastal region of Chiplun, Maharashtra, with a vision to create more than just a yoga studio. His dream is to establish a Yoga Ashram and learning community where people can experience yoga as a complete way of life—not merely as physical exercise, but as a path toward health, self-discovery, balance, and inner freedom.

Through Mindful Shapes Yoga, he combines traditional teachings from Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Philosophy, and Vedic wisdom with practical methods suited to today's world. His teaching style emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, discipline, and sustainable progress, helping students build strength in the body, clarity in the mind, and resilience in everyday life.
