I am particular about building relationships with learners. This is crucial to developing interest in learning. I am also a huge fan of active and engaging learning. Learning had to be as fun as it is challenging. I have seen learners grow into more confident people just by getting a teacher who gets them. A good student will still suffer in the hands of a bad teacher.
I also make my lessons as real as possible. Everything we learn must be relateable.
I am also a ready learner myself, always willing to improve my self and my methods.
