And am a certified fitness trainer ..and describing about the fitness program is some different types for me. some enjoyable classes, your all in all with physical or mental will be better updated by my programs. And with me i can give you knowledge of everything based this and how to prevent injuries, nutrition and diet, rehabilitation exercise etc. And am a 2 year experienced trainer with fitness training field and personal training field and some martial arts training too
