Iam mounika working as a tutor for primary kids for all subjects and language tutor for secondary kids.I have been working with students in tutorials in offline for three years and online for one year.I will first try to read the kid ability because he/she is easily grasping easily or taking time to grasp all the data so I will make them feel comfortable with me and they are free to ask anything and they can share there doubts and express their thoughts with me easily.I have a methodology of making children to feel free to learn any language or subject with interest not with pressure
