My teaching style is student center .I focus on understanding the learners ability and weaknesses so as to nkow where to put in more effort.
I also encourage participation by asking questions giving examples from real life experiences and allowing the student to express themselves. I believe learning should be comfortable, interactive and fun so I create a good environment that does not allow a student to shrink their ability .
I adjust my teaching methods depending on how fast the student is and if they are slow I also give them ample time.
What makes me stand out is that I have patience and understanding. And am also a young teacher so I vibe with different age groups making learning very effective and interactive. I ma a good communicator and take time yo ensure that the students clearly understand. I am also encouraging and friendly which makes students feel free with me
