Having worked in Teach for Nepal as a science fellow for two years i have excellent understanding of pedagogy required to teach certain topics,My pedagogical approach is defined by a commitment to experiential learning and inquiry-based methodology.By implementing 5 step lesson plan i can translate abstract science theory into practical based learning.
I use different online tools to change difficult science topics into fun and active lessons. By using games and digital experiments, I make the classroom exciting so students can join in easily. My use of technology makes hard ideas simpler and more enjoyable to learn. This way, my classes are always interesting and keep students curious about how things work.

    During my two-year tenure as a Science Fellow in Thori, Parsa, I acted as a strategic catalyst for both academic excellence and community development. My role went far beyond traditional teaching; I engineered a high-impact learning ecosystem by establishing the school’s first functional science laboratory. This initiative was vital in bridging the gap between abstract theory and hands-on, inquiry-based discovery for my students.

    By utilizing a rigorous five-step pedagogical framework, I successfully demystified complex scientific concepts, making them culturally relevant and accessible. My impact was also deeply integrative beyond the classroom; I led large-scale community mobilization efforts, such as the Sarvodaya Football Cup, which fostered collaboration across multiple schools and municipalities. Additionally, my work in digital literacy training and environmental advocacy—ranging from climate data collection to wastewater management modeling—allowed me to play a central role in regional capacity building and sustainable progress.
