    I worked as a Tamil Subject Teacher at Palav School, where I was responsible for teaching Tamil language to primary and secondary school students. My role included preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and helping students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills in Tamil. I also conducted tests and assignments, evaluated student performance, and provided additional support to slow learners. Along with maintaining classroom discipline, I communicated regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress. I also prepared study materials and participated in school activities and meetings to support the overall development of students.
