I’m Debojyoti Paul, a faculty member and placement mentor with more than 10 years of teaching experience in commerce, management, marketing, and professional career-oriented subjects.

I strongly believe that learning never stops. A teacher must first be a learner — only then can students be encouraged to think independently, ask questions, and understand concepts logically instead of memorizing them. This belief forms the core of my teaching style.

My classes are simple, practical, and application-based. I focus on building strong fundamentals first and then gradually guiding students toward a professional and competitive level. Real-life examples, activities, and problem-solving methods are used so that students clearly understand how concepts work in actual exams and careers.

I maintain a friendly and supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing doubts. I don’t see myself only as a teacher, but also as a mentor who guides students according to their mindset, confidence level, and learning speed. Every student is different, and I adapt my approach accordingly.

Apart from academic teaching, I also help students develop exam temperament, pressure-handling ability, and strategic thinking. After completing the syllabus, I expose students to a real exam-like environment and then create personalized improvement plans to help them perform with confidence.

I have taught students from different academic backgrounds and have been associated with reputed training institutes in the past. Currently, I teach at multiple locations including Diamond Plaza, Sinthi More, and Dumdum (Nagerbazar). Home tuition support is also available based on individual learning requirements.

My academic background includes commerce, management, marketing, digital marketing, finance, and practical tools like Excel, which helps me connect theoretical knowledge with real-world application.
