I have gathered around 15 years of overall experience in the field of Psychology, spanning across both the Corporate and Educational sectors.

Have been in the Educational sector for almost 9 years, as a School Counsellor and Faculty, for CBSE, ICSE/ISC-affiliated schools.

I strongly believe that Psychology is not merely a subject but a lens through which students understand themselves and society. It helps to heal oneself and heal others.
Teaching and training are my forte, and PSYCHOLOGY is my passion, not just a specialisation.

I do not believe in a 'teaching-learning transaction', but rather in a 'teaching-learning experience' where understanding, involvement and commitment evolve both of us; it's a partnership and not just downloading of dry information.

Focus areas- fostering conceptual clarity by connecting with contemporary issues, promoting class participation by discussing various cases of human behaviour, mental health awareness, and everyday problems, sharing resources and references, discussing the assignments and different patterns of board-specific questions, and revising through various methodologies.
