Psychology is not just my profession- it is the language through which I understand people, emotions, behaviour, trauma, resilience, and transformation.

As an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Adamas University and Ph.D. Scholar at Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, I bring together academic depth, clinical insight, counselling experience, and real-world understanding to make psychology come alive beyond textbooks. My classrooms are not spaces of passive learning; they are spaces where students learn to question, analyse, heal, observe, and understand the human mind with both scientific rigor and compassion.

From psychological testing and psychotherapy to research mentorship and interdisciplinary exploration, I believe psychology should not only inform minds but also transform lives. My teaching style combines evidence-based knowledge with relatable human experience, making even complex psychological concepts deeply engaging and memorable.
