Hi, I'm Aliya, from Kazakhstan. I speak fluently Russian, Kazakh and English. I have graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. I have been teaching Math for more than 4 years now and I have been tutoring online for about two months.

I like finding gaps in students' knowledge and helping them understand anything they are struggling with. My students usually leave my lessons being confident and motivated to face the math problems themselves. The main thing for me in teaching is getting to know the student's personality and sharing some of mine (but not too much to keep the teacher-student barriers) so that we trust each other while studying. This makes the studying process comfortable and when a student feels safe the brain is not stressed and works better.
