For me, teaching is a passion. I always strive to tailor my approach according to the needs of my students. I focus on explaining the concepts clearly and then guiding them as they apply those concepts in their work.

I believe that a teacher should not take away the student’s opportunity to solve problems or complete tasks. Instead, the teacher’s role is to show them how to approach and understand the work, empowering them to do it themselves.

I consistently encourage my students to take ownership of their learning—whether it’s academics or real-world applications of the concepts. While I am always there to support and help when needed, I make sure they have the space to grow and learn independently.
