I'll teach according to my methods. I will not burden my students. After completion of one chapter, I'll take test of that chapter. And also I'll help students in their assignments, homework. I'd taught a student who was satisfactory in academic activities. And he got 85% marks in his finals. He was a dull student. And, he stood third in his class. I was partially satisfied with his marks. Not completely because I wanted him to secure 95% above. I think in my opinion, this will make me a great teacher.
