I always want the student to understand every single thing I teach without memorizing. Student can ask any question regarding the lesson, same question many times until he understands. Student can ask any question he finds in what he learns in the school regarding the subject. Student must do homework. Student does not have to get them all correct but he has to try all and ask anything that is not clear. I am a friendly teacher which the student can learn freely. These things will definitely make the student improve.
