Hey there! I am a certified Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Strength and Conditioning trainer with 8+ years of experience.

I fulfilled my dream of formally teaching students by obtaining a professional Fitness Personal training certification from ACSM affiliated with ESA in India.
Have also obtained the Yoga Teachers Training Degree from Yoga Vidya Niketan, Mumbai in 2017 and the Power Yoga Teacher's Certification from the prestigious S Vyasa, Bangalore.

Since then, i’ve been teaching in hospitals, and have been taking my own personal classes. have been affiliated with many fitness schools as well.

Looking forward to teaching and helping my clients experience the divine power of yoga and working out through this platform.
