My self, teaching management subjects to BBA and MBA programs from past 10 years, focusing more on marketing subjects, prefer teaching online on one to one basis, got experience of online teaching online by understanding students needs and requirements, delivering lectures by understanding students ability to grasp subject knowledge, deliverz basic funds, theories which are very basic to understand, also considers case examples in teaching learning process, also tracking the students here and there to Know how far students acquired subjects, does revision of previous sessions to make sure students r robust enough
