    1) Technology Transfer from R&D to Production.
    2) Assist management with product planning and related activities.
    3) Prepare Design for Sheetmetal Product for Manufacturing and to run feasibility study.
    4) Prepare the Customer Need; Make Plan, Part and assembly drawings of the Mechanical Parts (2D & 3D) in SolidWorks, Solid EdgeST8.
    5) After designing arrange new parts from supplier and then after quotation compare, manufactures first 3-5 sample pieces for checking the real behavior of developed part.
    6) Preparation of BOM as per sample or concept received from customer.
    7) Preparation of sample as per customer requirement.
    8) Production trial run of the New developed product with controlling parameters and checkpoints and to discuss it with my seniors.
    9) Making the product more efficient from the existing one by changing its design, cost and other parameters.
  • Trainer (Jun, 2014–Present) at Star Gaze Technology and Solution
    1) Work closely with the Marketing team to generate product insights and also help in company promotion activities.
    2) Conduct offline and online training to different universities of Student.
    3) Conduct design reviews to make sure the product meets necessary requirements and standards.
    4)Modify and refine designs using working models and to confirm with customer specifications, production limitations and changes in design trends.
    5)Design Automobile Gear, Piston, Connecting Rod, Diggi Lock Cover, Runner used in curtain for commercial vehicle.
