Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I paid the agreed amount, but the assignment delivered was not as required and did not match what we agreed on.
When I contacted him to discuss the issues, he blocked me on WhatsApp instead of taking responsibility.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with this person due to lack of honesty and professionalism.
