I usually provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students. I also develop teaching materials, such as handouts, study materials, or quizzes. I use the 21st century teaching method which allows the students to take charge of the learning and I use technology in my teaching to increase the interest of students. Lastly, I always assess students' progress throughout tutoring sessions by giving random tests throughout the year to make sure they understand my lessons and I conduct practice tests to identify areas of improvement and help set goals for exam preparation such as public examination or even final year exams.
