Hello! My name is Mownicka. I have a masters degree in Mathematics. I have been a math tutor for 8 years. I help students of all ages in their learning process.
I've had excellent tutors and mentors in school, colleges and job- and I appreciate how much their support and guidance have contributed to my growth. These tutors would listen well, provide me with help while challenging me to learn and explain things in a way that led to understanding. Today, these qualities I hold when I teach and tutor.
About my sessions, I usually conduct a diagnostic test first, then tailor my lessons to better suit the learning style of the student. When we spend the session we'll start with the fundamentals related to a particular topic and work our way through more difficult concepts. Once you are feeling more confident with the topic, we will move on to look at some exam-style questions which will not only improve your understanding but also will help you score better.
