Teaching with examples and with greater interest in learning
Practicing examples and home work and assignment based learning methods
Teaching from very fundamental principles and explaining the physics of every equations. Individual questioning and asking about the level of understanding the principles and subject matters.

Slowly increase the volume of lessons and always focus on weak students. After finishing every section, ask about what they have learnt.
Always start with revising previous lesson and make importance of the present lessons in order to make students interested in the class.
