My name is Adiba Badar. I have done master in ELT (English language teaching from NUML(National University of Modern Languages) Islamabad in 2012. I also have done B.ed and M.ed from AIOU Islamabad. I worked 14 years with many well known institutions and faced many challenges ...my all experience is related to teaching. I learn various methods and techniques in my 14 year teaching career.
Currently i am performing my duties as a principal. I am also engaged with syllabus designing . Its a very difficult task. We have to design the syllabus according to the age of the student . Like we use a phrase that meet the student at there level. I use very easy techniques and methods that's enable the students active learner.

As i am working as a principal in a government primary school. where i got subject grip on English, Math and Science. English is not our native language so students have to face lot of issues to make a comparison between two language . At that point, i use various methods and techniques to overcome all difficulties .
