I am urooj adil, recently i am working as teacher in fazaia intercollege korangi creek . I use inquiry method of teaching, students love to give answer if you inquire them . I always provide the room of comfortness for students,little pause after asking question give them thinking time . Students want to share their own experience as well, encourage them to share, it give self confidence and enhance their speaking skills as well . I always use real life examples in lessons so they can easily relate the lesson with it which help them to learn easily .
