I am co-founder of WellPrepped Education (www.wellprepped.sg) where we teach and equip our students to excel at the IB examinations and university admissions in 19 countries globally. I'm currently third-year medical student at LKC School of Medicine, a joint degree program by Imperial College London and NTU Singapore. I personally attained a perfect score of 45 points, with subject percentages averaging 87%. I took Bio, Chem & Math HL and LangLit & Econs SL.

I have 3 years of tutoring experience, having tutored IB students from various IB Singapore schools including ACS (International), Dover Court International, Hwa Chong International, SJI International, Canadian International, Global Indian International, Australian International, United World College and Stamford American International.

My teaching will focus on a few key areas:

First, I believe having a strong conceptual foundation is essential and I'll help students build that up. I teach using tried and tested notes I've personally studied from and honed. All my students will also have access to them.

Second, I'll hone student's exam answering techniques. There's no point having the content knowledge, but not knowing how to present them using pen and paper. I'll teach students important skills like identifying question demands, answering succinctly, and other tips and tricks I've picked up along the way.

Third, I'll teach students to study efficiently and effectively. There's no shortcut from hard work, but there definitely are dumber and smarter ways to study.

Fourth, I know tough IAs and EEs can be. and I'm committed to helping my students ace them. With both personal experience (I've written over 10 EE/IAs) and access to a bank of high-grade IB submissions, I am confident of improving your work and producing a well-crafted robust EE/IA.

Fee details

    SG$65–100/hour (US$50.78–78.13/hour)

    Fees will vary based on the grade and level (SL or HL) of the subjects taught. If EE/IA writing help is needed, it will also be factored into the fees. That being said, fees are quite negotiable and I'm always open to discussion!
