I am dedicated towards my profession. I qualified Net exam on the first attempt as I was pursuing a Master's in Education. Also, I have cleared k-tet category 2&3, &ctet exams. Rather than pouring in& imposing my knowledge on children, I focus on drawing out the best children capable of their deeds and needs. From my way of teaching, I always collect feedback frequently, thereby adapting methods only according to the learning speed of the learner. A learning curve is noticed all the time. Google forms and other strategies will be adopted to evaluate the child and remedial teaching will be provided as per their needs. I will be available offline for those students who are within 16 km of reach only. MY teaching styles include demonstration, audio-visual aids, assignments, brainstorming and lecture methods. Content-based and chapter-wise revisions are done every day by following a spiral way of T&L. Fixed time is set for discussion, learning and practice. According to my perspective, teaching is the noblest profession and I will always do my level best to make the child best in learning.
