Trevor is an African Male. A Lecturer in Production & statistics. A well experienced Industrial Engineer with 10-year history of Teaching, Research, Business Process Improvement and Operational research in Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Consulting, Rail and Academia. Trevor earned Masters’ degree in Industrial Engineering, and Currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering. His areas of expertise include new venture creation, rail-car maintenance, operations management, production line balancing, leadership, automation, project management, simulation, lean principles, Product-Service engineering, problem solving skills and Game-Based Learning.
I believe that every student is unique and has something special that they can bring to their education. I help students express themselves, accept themselves as they are, and accept the differences in others. Each lesson has its own community. My role as a teacher is to support each child in developing his or her own potential and learning style.

    The gaming setup is in a scenery of businesses competing to improve employee
    satisfaction, growth and sustainability. A picture is described where there is a goal to
    achieve these targets through utilisation of human resources, technology, business
    environment, leadership and sustainability parameters. Two companies as a
    minimum are needed to compete with each other with a minimum of 8 to a maximum
    of 16 employees per company. The game can be played over several days with days
    depending on the level of emersion the players are willing to experience.
    The simulated serious game is a platform to break the ice in having conversations
    about the fourth industrial revolution and the digitilised world of work. The game also
    assists leaders to explore elements of change management. Insights of combinations
    of enablers for organisations to arrive at their goals while simulating the realities of the
    changes in the business environment while at the same time allowing company
    employees to engage about ideas to take the organisation to better competitiveness.
