As an aspiring scientific researcher, I am actively developing my expertise in virology and molecular biology. With a solid academic foundation in biological sciences and ongoing research involvement, I am gaining hands-on experience in advanced techniques, including Chemical Analysis (GC-MS), Vero cell culture and cell line maintenance, Cytotoxicity Assays (MTT Assay), Antiviral Testing (Pre- and Post-treatment Assays, Virucidal Assay, Time-addition and Removal Studies), Molecular Docking Studies (in silico docking using AutoDock Vina), Gene Expression Analysis (RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and Quantitative Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction [qRT-PCR]), and among others. Currently, I am working as a Research Assistant on a grant-funded project titled "Evaluation of Antiviral Activities of Melaleuca cajuputi subsp. cumingiana Essential Oils Towards Herpes Simplex Virus Serotype 1 Using In Vitro and In Silico Approaches." Simultaneously, I am preparing to enroll as a postgraduate student (MSc) at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) to deepen my knowledge in these fields.

I am highly committed to advancing my expertise in molecular biology and virology through impactful research and continuous learning. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the scientific community by addressing critical challenges in virology and drug discovery. Nevertheless, with over 10 years of experience in education, I am still passionate about empowering students by identifying their unique strengths and tailoring my teaching strategies to meet their individual needs. My holistic approach ensures that I support the whole person, considering both academic and personal development.

    For your kind of information, I have some working experiences before this at Global Inspection Sdn. Bhd. (we often work with Engineering Company), at Johor branch but not too long ago because I just work for temporary only as their workers returning from study leave. My position in that company as a Data Entry Clerk (often using Microsoft Excel) and my duty was prepared all the Client’s (Folder) that necessary from Dynaciate Engineering Sdn. Bhd. whom will be our permanent client usually. Then followed by Radiographic Testing Report (RT Report) which will be identified, interpreted and evaluated as the outcome Results. Last but not least, I will do the RT Work (Summary) on each day to specify either the Joint can be accepted or not completed yet for the technicians to test and do the inspection requirements on that particular Joint Section.
