Hello, my name is Annie and I'm a teacher from South Africa. I'm passionate about teaching English and sharing my knowledge with students of all ages.

My current role as a tutor on Preply, which I've held since December 2020, is built on a foundation of diverse experience. I previously taught with Amazing Talker and Ziptalk and also volunteered as a class teacher in Mexico.

My passions include traveling, dancing, and cooking. I also love to spend time surfing the internet, reading, and learning about cultures around the world.

I help students feel comfortable and confident speaking English through enjoyable, conversation-based lessons. Using a mix of TPR, puppets, stories, games, and videos, I create a supportive environment where you'll get plenty of praise and helpful corrections. My goal is to help you build the skills to speak and write English fluently and professionally.
