I have done my MA, B.Ed., M.Phil.(Linguistics) and PhD.(English Literature) and have 10 years of teaching experience. Currently I am working as an Assistant professor of English at MSU, Vadodara.

I believe, my academic capabilities compounded with an elevated experience would serve as an added advantage. The years spent in teaching English language and literature and dealing with students from diversified fields, have prepared me for various challenges and directed my efforts to be a more creative and refined educator.

I have taught verbal ability, communication skills, aspects of English Grammar& Composition, creative writing, comprehension skills, English for Olympiads, Business English etc. to school and college students and groomed them for presentations, interviews, group discussions.

I use a research methodology and my teaching style is quite innovative. I believe in student-centric approach and take use of audio-visual technology to make my lectures more interactive and interesting.
I try to generate a keen interest in the student by use of interactive methods like ice-breakers and CFU's and I have seen a drastic improvement in the English level of the learners .
