Dr. Subhoda Banerjee, founder of Tryakshar Academy, is a scholar‑practitioner bridging academia, corporate consulting, and entrepreneurial creativity. With a Ph.D. in Law from the National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata, she has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at institutions including St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, and Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, bringing deep academic rigour to her teaching practice.

Prior to founding her own venture in February 2025, Dr. Banerjee honed her corporate expertise at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) and major corporations such as Thomson Reuters and Wipro Technologies. This dual exposure to corporate systems and legal scholarship enriched her insights as a Subject Matter Expert, Consultant, and Trainer. Driven by the desire for personal freedom, cultural exploration, and self‑directed work, she transitioned to entrepreneurship and freelancing, embracing content creation and travel vlogging alongside her educational pursuits.

Besides being a certified POSH Professional, IELTS & Soft‑Skills Trainer, she has also published research at both national and international forums. In 2025, she received the Nari Ratna Iconic Women Achiever Award (Diva Planet Magazine) and the Mahatma Gandhi Nation Pride Award for Outstanding Contribution as a National Teacher (Welred Foundation, recognized by NITI Aayog) — accolades that testify to her academic and social impact. She was was also selected for Swami Vivekananda Single Girl Child Scholarship for Research in Social Sciences in the year 2014- 15.
