Reliable delivery, good quality and flawless communication

Prachi helped me with a QGIS based issue related to the preparation of my thesis. She replied quickly, delivered as expected (via google drive) and the communication itself was straightforward and polite. One of my additional requests included a step-by-step video so I could replicate the procedures - the delivered video by Prachi was exactly what I needed and helped me a lot.
