My main focus is on conceptual clarity. If that is taken care of then the student can handle any type of question. I also believe in appreciation and positive environment in the class. I'm pleasant with my students and encourage them to express and interact freely in the class. It should be a happy experience to learn. At the same time, I'm strict enough to ensure that they do their part. But I strongly believe that the students should be self motivated and I strive to cultivate that in the students if that's missing. Overall, my focus while teaching concepts is not only on academic success but also success at work.
