Excellent tutor for AP preparations
After wonderful results in AP precalculus, I once again started AP calculus preparation with Joyentanuj sir with the Barron's reference book. The content was broken down and presented in a way I could easily understand, making the journey very smooth and building a solid calculus base. Even though we were working with a time constraint, all content was well taught and the AP prep was largely finished within 2 months. Everything was taught clearly and the schedule was also flexible, I could schedule classes as needed. Would highly recommend people to start their AP calculus journey with sir, the results will for sure be satisfactory.

A Wonderful Math Tutor
Joyentanuj has been an excellent online math tutor for my son. He is patient, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining math concepts in a clear and structured way.
One thing we especially appreciate is that he provides class notes after the lessons. These notes are very helpful for review and allow my son to go back over the concepts and problem-solving steps covered in class.
Joyentanuj has also helped my son prepare for Math League contests, and with his guidance and support, my son went on to qualify for the national level. He is currently helping my son with IB Math, and we plan to continue working with him.

A Lifesaver for Mathematical Modelling – Secured Top Marks!
I can't recommend Joyentanuj enough! I was incredibly stuck on four lab assignments for Mathematical Modelling. My lecturers required detailed explanations to accompany all Python code, which Joyentanuj handled perfectly. He helped me secure top marks in every assignment and finished everything well before the deadline. Excellent mentor for International Mathematics Olympiads & Competitions!
We started my son Aarnav's coaching with Joyentanuj Sir in April 2025, and it has been and continues to be a wonderful learning journey for my son. Aarnav is currently in Grade 9, and our goal was to prepare him for various national & international Mathematical competitions e.g. IOQM, RMO, INMO, IMO, AMC-10, Sharygin Geometry, etc. Joyentanuj Sir has been very diligent and methodical in enabling Aarnav to learn various required mathematical concepts across Algebra, Number Theory, Combinatorics, Geometry as needed to prepare him for these exams. The discipline and rigour of the multiple classes per week since April 2025 have significantly improved Aarnav's grasp on various topics as well as his problem solving skills. And to top it all, Joyentanuj Sir consistently provides very well-written documented notes at the end of each class -- tremendously useful for Aarnav to revise the concepts learnt before the next class. Knowledgable and punctual
We prepared for the AP precalculus exam through Barron's within 4 months. We covered polynomial and rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions as well as trigonometric and polar functions. Everything was explained clearly but also at a steady pace, which made it easy for me to understand and apply what I learnt. Help with external homework problems regarding the same course was also available. He's also very punctual, never late without a solid reason and can even adjust for changing time zones. I'm looking forward to potentially start AP calculus prep later this year with sir. Overall, I would highly recommend him for anyone covering any sort of mathematics course in his expertise, especially AP precalculus.

Highly knowledgeable and competent in explaining Math concepts
As an adult learner, I have been taking lessons for a few months on my Math Olympiad interest areas such as combinatorics and elementary number theory. Highly Knowledgeable and a Great Math Mentor
Joyen is an amazing math mentor. He is by far the best teacher my child has ever had. He has been teaching my child advanced competitive math for the last two years or so and my child is always keen to learn from him no matter how hard or long his day has been. He is punctual to the class, sometimes even flexible enough to accommodate any last minute changes in schedule. He is very responsive even on a short notice and is always prepared to work with my son at our request. He comes well prepared for the class and is quickly able to accommodate curriculum or topic changes as well. Very clear explanations
Have done a few private sessions with him on combinatorics & still ongoing. Despite my less-than-ideal choice for an *introductory* textbook (the particular one is John Riordan's *Introduction to Combinatorial Analysis*; don't be fooled by the name, it's *not* intended for a beginner), his help means I can continue to use this book and understand what the author very often chooses not to explain in detail.
He will challenge you to explain the important concepts / solutions to problems in your own words to make sure that you have truly understood them. As for problems, he usually gives you some hints and encourages you to have an initial go at them, but if you truly cannot, his explanations are consistently clear and easy to follow.

A good teacher who is dedicated and easy to understand
i love Joyentanuj's graph theory classes. He explains in detail and is dedicated, his approach is easy to understand and the sequence of explanations is scientific.
Every morning I attend his lectures for about an hour, regularly 4 times a week and I find it worthwhile. I plan to have him lecture on topology after I finish my lectures on graph theory.

Advanced Mathematics Course (A course in Descriptive Set Theory) Review
I have approached Joyentanuj for lecturing/teaching me on Descriptive set theory for my thesis in Mathematical Economics -I was not having a strong mathematical background on to handle this tough topic.
Joyentanuj simplified this process by first teaching me Real Analysis, Measure Theory which lead to Descriptive Set theory eventually.
I was impressed by his concise notes and picturesque/illustrated mathematical explanation online over a very limited/ tight time frame, which gave me enough confidence to apply it in a bizarre subject like mathematical economics.
