My objective is as a teacher is motivate my students to develop their own learning interest and critical thinking to establishes learner centered environment in the classroom. I prepare lesson plans always considering the interconnection between the students their own knowledge and culture and learning abilities. My lesson plan are extremely flexible to adapt to students learning speed. I combine audio and video exercises written comprehension, games, role plays to provide fun wholesome learning experience. I am expert in developing conceptual grass roots. I am proficient in self developed techniques and absorbent learning.
